We ship to the U.S. (Puerto Rico & Guam) and Canada ONLY

Please allow 5 - 9 business days for your order to be
processed and delivered. (Within 48 contiguous states).

We do not process orders on weekends and major
holidays. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages
and may arrive separately.

We utilize UPS for products shipped to standard street
addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Products
shipped to P.O. Box addresses, and APO/FPO addresses ship
via DHL SmartMail.

Packages sent to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii
and P.O. Box addresses may take up to 10 to 12 business
days.
|
APO/FPO addresses may take up to 3 weeks for delivery
depending on location.

Will I be charged sales tax on my
purchase?
8% Sales Tax will be collected for those orders shipped to
addresses within the State of Ohio. Sales tax is not
charged for all other states.

Products shipped to Canada may be subject to duty upon
delivery.

However, we understand returns are sometimes necessary.

All products on this site including
P90X carry a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping
and handling) if you are dissatisfied with your product(s)
for any reason.

To return any item(s) you must contact us via our Customer
Support Form to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) code, which is your reference number
during the return process. Once your request is approved
you will receive e-mail with your RMA code along with
detailed instructions on how to easily return your
product.

We will not
accept any returns that do not have an official RMA code
clearly written or printed on the outside of the box.

All items MUST be returned in their original packaging
with ALL original contents including all accessories,
warranty cards, and documentation. We reserve the right to
refuse any returned items that do not meet our
requirements. All returns must be received at an
authorized Extreme Body Workout return address within 30
days of our issuing the RMA.
